Definition
Age of consent: The minimum age at which a person is considered to be legally competent of consenting to sexual acts. The age of consent has differed between heterosexual and homosexual acts in most European countries. However this has been equalized in all countries except Cyprus and Greece where there are still an unequal age of consent.
